Shipping policy

Orders ship to the United States and typically arrive in 2–5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $75; below that, any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay — never after.

Timing

• Orders placed on a business day usually leave the warehouse within 24–48 hours.
• You'll get a confirmation email at purchase and tracking when the parcel moves.
• Weather and carrier delays happen; if a parcel is clearly stuck, contact us and we'll chase it from our side.

Addresses

Double-check the address at checkout — parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the carrier's cost. If you spot an address mistake right after ordering, email [email protected] immediately and we'll try to catch it before dispatch.
