Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund on any order, for any reason that matters to you.

How to start one

Use the refund request form with the email you ordered under. Most requests get a same-day answer, and approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of processing.

What we ask

• Gear and eyewear: unused, in original packaging.
• Supplements: unopened bottles refund in full. If a formula genuinely didn't agree with you, tell us — opened-bottle cases are reviewed person-by-person, not auto-declined.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is on you; for our mistakes it's on us.

Repeat orders

Cancelling future cycles is separate from refunding a past charge — cancel on the cancel page, and request refunds here. Doing both is fine.
