Returns
30 days from delivery, started from the refund request form. Gear should be unused and in its packaging; unopened supplements refund in full, and opened-bottle cases are reviewed individually. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or wrong items
Our mistake, our cost: photo of what arrived to [email protected], and a replacement or refund goes out without a return demanded first in most cases.
