How cancelling actually works here
If you ordered anything on a repeat schedule, cancelling takes one form and zero phone calls. Here is the entire process:
- Open the cancel form.
- Give us the email on the order (the order number helps but isn't required).
- Send it. The repeat order stops from your next cycle, and a confirmation email follows.
There is no retention call, no "let me transfer you", and no hidden second step. If a repeat charge lands after you cancelled, use the refund form and we'll put it right.
One-time orders don't need cancelling — they only bill once. For anything else, contact us.
